Hello, referring to the 90-day program “ELO: Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification Solution,” my question is if this is a full-time program or if this can be handled parallel to the regular day job? How many hours are required in general? Are there any exams, test or extensive student research projects which need to be prepared? Many thanks in advance.

  • Yes, it is a full-time 100% experiential program working on real projects assigned by our partner VOMI Virtual Organization Academy in a live business environment.
  • That means, their evaluation will be based strictly on performance in a 100% virtual organization environment in accordance with the standards of the virtual organization management discipline. No exams, test or extensive student research projects.
  • These projects are performed on a typical 40 business hours a week basis over a period of 90 calendar days. No different than working for any enterprise organization, institution or government.
  • That means if the training is scheduled to begin on January 2, 2022, it will automatically end on March 31, 2022. All executives must be accessible and available for training Monday thru Friday during regular business hours :: 8 AM – 5 PM :: within their local time zone.

Is Virtual Organization Leadership a contingency or retained  Executive Search firm?
